ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Program # 1- Buying a yacht under a charter program with credit
- The buyer pays the agreed percentage of the cost of the yacht (57% to 62%) according to the price list, the rest is paid by the company.
- For the duration of the contract, the owner has no income, the expense is only 1% insurance of the yacht.All organizational, commercial, technical and service costs are paid by the company.
- For personal use, the owner of the yacht has three weeks during the charter season (except for peak periods, in accordance with the calendar year).For personal use, the client pays only the administrative fee.
- Out of season, the owner can use the yacht for personal use unlimited.
Program # 2 – Buying a yacht under a charter program with full payment and a fixed annual income.
- The buyer pays 100% of the cost of the yacht. Within five years, receives a fixed income according to the table.
- During the contract, all organizational, commercial, technical and service costs are paid by the company.
- For personal use, the owner of the yacht has three weeks during the charter season (except for peak periods, in accordance with the calendar year).
- For personal use, the client pays only the administrative fee. Out of season, the owner can use the yacht for personal use unlimited.
Program # 3 Individual contract for any model of yachts
- Buying a yacht with full payment and a fixed percentage of profit.
- Guaranteed income 70% of the profit for all charters. Profit depends on the number of total annual charters and the cost of the yacht.
- Guaranteed 110 charter days per year. All organizational, commercial, technical and service expenses are paid by the owner.
- For personal use, the yacht can be used at any time, except for the guaranteed 110 charter days per year.
- For personal use, the client pays only the administrative fee.
